Cancellation policy

These are the studio’s current standard terms. They are read from the studio’s settings, so they are always up to date.

Cancellation window

You can cancel without penalty up to 12 hours before a class starts. A class can set its own window; the booking page and your booking always show the deadline that applies.

Payments

Cancelling within the window: the payment is refunded. Cancelling after the window: the payment is not refunded.

Pass credits and memberships

Whether a pass credit is restored or a membership benefit is released depends on the pass or membership you used. Before you confirm a cancellation, the screen tells you the result for that booking.

Held spots

When a class needs a payment, your spot is held for 15 minutes while you check out. If the hold expires, the spot is released.

How to cancel

Open My bookings in your account and choose Cancel on the booking.
